🐕 Dog Walking
How do I book a dog walk?
You can easily book through our online registration system — just sign up, choose the times you want, and confirm your booking.
What’s included in a dog walk?
All walks include exercise, play, fresh water, and careful supervision. We tailor each walk to your dog’s energy level and personality.
How many dogs will be on each walk
We walk small groups (max 6 dogs) so each dog gets plenty of attention and safety remains a priority.
Do you walk dogs off-lead?
If the dog has reliable recall and it is safe/legal to do so, we can incorporate off-lead time — otherwise we keep dogs safely on lead. (This type of policy is typical in many pet care services.)
Do dogs need to be neutered for group walks?
Yes — for safety and comfort on our group walks we require dogs to be neutered before joining, with smaller dogs typically neutered by around 6–7 months and larger dogs by around 10–12 months, unless your vet advises otherwise.
Are vaccinations required for walks and services?
Yes - DHPPI, LEPTO & KENNEL COUGH vaccinations must be up to date and proof provided.
🏡 House Visits & Home Care
What happens during a house visit?
Visits can include feeding your dog, letting them out, playtime and company, plus light home care like watering plants, taking out bins, bringing in mail, or other tasks you need done.
Can you care for my dog exactly how I do at home?
Yes! We follow your instructions for meals, routines, medications, and behavioural needs — just tell us what you prefer in your booking.
Do you offer updates during house visits?
Yes — we can send brief updates, photos or notes if you’d like to stay connected while you’re away.
🚕 Dog Taxi / Pet Transport
What is the Dog Taxi service?
Our Dog Taxi offers safe, comfortable transport for your dog to appointments — such as vet visits, groomer trips, training or other pick-ups/drop-offs.
How do I book a Dog Taxi?
Just register on our booking system and choose the Dog Taxi option — we’ll take care of the rest!
What if my dog gets anxious in the car?
We always travel calmly, with plenty of reassurance — and can adapt to your dog’s comfort needs. Many pet care services tailor transport for anxious pets for peace of mind.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can modify or cancel via our booking system — we’ll always do our best to help with changes, especially if you let us know in good time.
Are you insured?
Yes — all services are fully insured for your peace of mind
Can you administer medication or special care?
Yes — if your dog has medication, special diets, or unique requirements, just let us know during booking so we can prepare and follow instructions carefully.

We meet every dog and find a short meet & greet helpful before starting regular walks or visits — it helps your dog get comfortable
